Typically, delivery timescales are:

Medibuy Direct charges delivery on all medical instrument orders. This is charged at standard rates.

Buying online? ‘Postage’ fees are calculated and added to your online order as you add items to your shopping basket.

Buying by phone? If you are purchasing medical instruments from Medibuy Direct by phone, we will advise you of delivery fees accordingly.

Payment

Payment is made through PayPal's secure servers and no card details are taken on this web site.

If you are interested in opening a 30 day credit account with Medibuy Direct, please get in touch with our team using the online enquiry form, or give us a call.

Returns

Medibuy Direct does not supply any of its medical products or disposable medical instruments goods on a sale or return basis.

No goods are to be returned to Medibuy Direct without prior arrangement. Before you seek to return any item for whatever reason, please get in touch with our team.  

If a return is authorised, the goods must be returned to Medibuy Direct in their original condition and packaging and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Please note that some gynaecological instruments and proctological instruments available from Medibuy Direct are non-returnable. This is flagged up in the purchasing journey on our website and will be clearly indicated on delivery notices and invoices.

Returns - Damaged goods

At Medibuy Direct we take great care to ensure that our disposable medical instruments and supplies reach you in first class condition.

Please notify us of damaged goods or claims for short delivery immediately and confirm this in writing within 7 days.
